The purpose of Quality Assurance is to implement policies and procedures that limit the introduction of variation and error into service delivery. Standards and requirements must be set and data collected and evaluated to “assure” that the expected results are being produced. QA allows you to deliver internal benefits to the company and workforce and external benefits to the customer and community.

Steps for Obtaining a Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) Licence:
- Submission of completed application form and required documents
- Inspection of facility/motor vehicle
- Review/processing of application
- Payment of applicable licence fee, if approved
- Collection of Tourism Licence

- Audit Team Inspection
- Ministry of Tourism

- Ministry of Works – Physical Planning Unit
- Royal Grenada Police Force – Fire Department
- Grenada Tourism Authority – Quality Assurance Department
- Compilation of Audit Team Report
- Payment of applicable fee, if approved
- Certification granted
