SEEKS VOLUNTEERS FROM OUR MEMBERSHIP TO SERVE ON ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the University of The West Indies Alumni Association, Trinidad and Tobago Chapter (UWIAATT) will be held on April 11th, 2025.
Nominations for the election of the incoming UWIAATT Executive are now open. Details of the nominating system and qualifications for eligibility to the Executive Committee are as follows:
NOMINATING SYSTEM
Nominations must be submitted in writing using the prescribed nomination form.
Nomination forms must be signed by two UWIAATT lifetime members – i.e. a Proposer and a Seconder in good financial standing (i.e., lifetime members). Membership ID numbers must be provided and the nominee’s resume of relevant experience (not more than two (2) pages) shall accompany the form.
Only complete nomination forms will be accepted.
Nominations must be received by email or delivered to the Nominations committee, via email by February 23rd 2026
All nominations will be considered without discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, or physical disability.
The list of nominees and resumes will be presented to the UWIAATT membership prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Committed to active service.
Members of Affiliate Chapters who do not hold membership with the UWIAATT are not eligible to vote or be elected.
